Losang has a more than 150-staffs tooling manufacturing center that has all the horsepower and equipments to get the mould job done fast and with amazing accuracy by combine three-dimensional design with a planned machining strategy.

The crane lift enable us to manufacture moulds upto 25T. The top technological equipments enable us to accomplish tight tolerances depending on customer specifications and the plastic raw material to be used, we are capable of meeting tolerances of +/- .002" and

this can be made more precise for ABS material - up to +/- .001". Hundreds of moulds manufactured with different technologies have allowed us to position ourselves as leader in the most demanding sectors of the plastics industry.

Losang do much more than just mould design and manufacturing, we become involved in the whole process from idea to reality. We have taken part in numerous product launches with our clients, which strengthen our role as a partner throughout the process.
